Why can’t I place an order and your website says sold out?

We go by a first in first serve basis. Currently we are baking within our capacities and can only make certain number of cookies but depending on your order quantities we might be able to accommodate with advance notice, please contact us on azharscookies@gmail.com.

Would you take special orders for special occasions compared to what you offer on the website?

Absolutely we do, we would need as much notice as possible. Please contact us at azharscookies@gmail.com so we can understand your needs better.

Do you have a retail store?

Currently, we are a online business only offering delivery or pick up options. Please contact us directly if you would like to discuss anything related to your order prior to purchasing.

What days can you order for delivery?

We aim to deliver our cookies as fresh and quick as possible for your enjoyment. We typically aim to delivery within 24 to 48 hours since when you placed your order, but delivery days can vary depending on third party shipping logistics. Hence best to place your order as early as possible.

What areas do you deliver to?

Currently, we deliver all across New Zealand.

What happens if no one is at the delivery address when my order arrives?

We appreciate if you could add a delivery instruction message for us when ordering so we can deliver it you best way as possible. We will pack your order well to keep the cookie contents intact. If no instructions are given, then our delivery services will leave your order in safe location at the delivery address. At that point Azhar’s Cookies takes no further responsibility.

What if I have food allergies?

Our cookies contain gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts. We request you check with us prior to ordering or not to consume our cookies if you are allergic to these food groups.

How long can the cookies be kept?

We recommend to oven warm our cookies and consume soon as they are delivered, however they can be frozen for up to 30 days and oven reheated at 170 degrees Celsius for 6 to 8 minutes or 25 seconds on medium in a microwave.
